Hi guys, I've read thru the post, but I curious. Does anyone know what the needed shock travel is for a 1" lift? How much actual travel the shock needs in the front and in the rear?

I've purchased the OME 919's and I'm told that I'll get about 1" lift out of them.

Thanks!
