Next doors handbrake was stuck on so we pulled the emergency release cord, I have looked online but there are several contradicting stories
Does anybody know for sure how to reset the system including the release cable _________________ |

IIRC ...... foot on brake, turn to position two. hold release lever and brake down for 10-15 seconds. Should be fine then. Not done recovery work for couple of years, but remember going to one with a door torn off. She had inadvertently released the h/brake with the over-ride whilst chatting to a neighbour. Rolled back, tore door off and hen she could get the handbrake to work. |
