Hi all,
I have just bought my first Trooper (2000, swb, Duty). I have been a landy man but thought this time I would try a Trooper!
I have a few issues I need some help with if you would be so kind.
1. The clock and interior lights do not work!
Now power to them but fuses are ok...
2. I get radio interferance when I accelerate!
Many Thanks in advance.

Hello ,Good Evening and Welcome .
Have you checked the fuses in the right of the drivers footwell ? This is the space to your right you used to call outside in the landy days .
Noise on the radio ? Well it would depend on what radio you have and the wiring as the Trooper comes from Japan and the stock radio is normally spot on so its likely to be a aftermarket fitting issue . _________________ 2 New Troopers ! |

Thanks for the reply.
The fuses are under the bonnet!
I think it must be a earth problem or maybe a broke wire! I will have a good look at the weekend, in day light!!
I dont supose you know if abs was fitted as standard on a year 2000 model?
Cheers

Sure are tipper and there is one for the inside lights there too .
ABS depends on the spec of the car and whats on the option plate on the engine bulkhead. _________________ 2 New Troopers ! |

Found the fuses in the footwell. Well hidden!
Blown fuse, now have interior lights!! This also seems to have sorted out the radio interference!!!
As for the abs, I have had a look and it doesn't have it thankfully!
Thanks for the help
