Hi everyone,
i have just bought a 97 3.1td trooper, does anyone know if these are prone to the wastegate seizing, the car has full top speed but quite sluggish getting there. Turbo seems to be working but not to its full potential.  any info would be appreciated.

i have checked all the vacuum pipes, by removing them and testing them, they are all ok. i have also checked the pipe from the diesel pump upto the intercooler that is ok too.
