I have a 1996 Vauxhall Montery V6 3.2LWB and am trying to romove the dash to get to the speedo. I have removed all visable screws but still it does not budge. Is there a knack to this?

Hi Mark. I had my dash off last week to change the speedo face on my Bighorn. There are eight screws in total (on mine anyway!): 2 @ bottom of dash near gear levers; 2 @ top where radio is housed (may need to remove radio for access to screws); 2 above instrument cluster and 2 below. Then pull gently from top and it should come away enough to remove the various plugs, after which it's totally free. The instrument cluster is held in by four screws, two of which are visible, the other two accessed from below with a long phillips, a good torch and a selection of modern-day swear words. Hope this helps.
Good luck! Very Happy Leo.
