Sorry for bumping an older thread but this has been a good read for a novice like me.

I'm still missing novice info, though...

Do the spacers go at the top or the bottom of the springs?
How do they not fall out, do you fix them, how do you fix them?
What do you adjust on the anti roll bar after raising, from what to what?

spacers go at the top

the pressure of the spring holds them in

and its the torsion bars not the anti roll bar

messure from the centre of the hub to the arch (back wheel after fitting spacers) then adjust the front to messure the same
