Ok Guys... whats your thoughts on the above? I have been offered one as a switch for my Trooper 3.0DT ... on paper it does all I need it to, and though i have always been a manual man the semi-auto box seems pretty darn good.

Chris,
A friend has a SWB and i think it is a little smaller in the back than the trooper. It goes well though, the engine rattles more than the trooper's and they have also been known to have had the odd problem too!
Don't think it will tow quite as much as the trooper either, think it's 2.8t. Am sure it would be good though, so the choice is yours! Not that i'm slating it, the choice for new SWB vans is getting much smaller.
Let us know if you decide to get it, would be interesting to know your thoughts on it.
Cheers
