Hi everyone.
I have a ´99 engine 3.0 Trooper that has run just under 320.000 km
I started having problems with it on a start up when it had not run over night or over a few hours, it was like the car had to build up pressure on the diesel oil again.
I changed all the spark plugs and had to change the common rail wires.
After a while of this happening with out finding out the reason I started to get diesel in the cooling system.
The other day the car started and I drove around 500 m and it stalled. I was not able to start the car again and while trying to do so there was a lot of white smoke.

My question is, if the sleeve seal are broken does that result in diesel getting into the coolant.
And is uit more likely to be the seals than a cracked head?

Thanks for you help

Regards
Kristinn

yes the o rings have gone on the sleeves, first step is change these and if it does it again then the head is most likely gone
