What do you mean it doesn't start. It doesn't turn over or completely dead? |

undo the bleed screw on the fuel filter. turn it over and see if fuel flows out.
Find and replace the fuse for your rear lights. I am new to Trooper ownership but I have known cars to trip the immobiliser over a blown fuse. |

Brake light fuse also does ECU sort that and you should be good. Fuse is C14 - engine bay, drivers side, next to the bulkhead. _________________ If all else fails just nod, smile and say "Yes Dear"

I'm going with what he said ^
Ooh you won't get any fuel out a 3.0 fuel filter bleed screw by cranking it over - its before the lift pump needs the hand primer pumping for that. _________________ 2 New Troopers ! |

We're all delighted that you're back running again - but don't neglect the Brake-Light circuit! The fuse did not blow just to 'spite' you - there will be a short somewhere - like water dripping on a bulb-holder or some such - fix it permanently or expect a 'repeat-performance'! _________________ 2002 LWB Trooper 3.0L
I've done some major repairs, including replacing half-shaft, replacing fuel-injectors etc. |
