My air conditioning runs fine for about 5 miles (bighorn 3.1 td)
Then the 7.5 amp fuse which is under the bonett in the black box blows.
Put in new fuse same thing, any ideas?
Regards to all Joe.

The a/c fuse rating in the Trooper 3.0l is 10amps, so I'd give uprated fuse a try.

aircon fuse on 3.1td is 10 amp there are no fuses under 10 amps under bonnet so as Dab says a change to a 10 amp should sort it unless there is an electrical fault
