I'd be looking at fuel lines, primer and tank first to see if any air is getting drawn into fuel system. _________________

I've just replaced my lines with rubber hose, cost about 35 quid for hose and an hours work. 8mm supply and 6mm return, bout 6m of each for my swb, bit left over. _________________

Yep, even a pinhole will allow enough air in to cause problems. _________________

Yep X2, and if you run on bio, don't replace it all with standard rubber diesel pipe, it's only lasted 1500 miles for me and I've had to replace it all as the bio was degrading it and it was correctly SAE rated pipe. |
