Hello all
Ive been told that boot or rear load covers are as rare as hens teeth.  I tend to carry tools etc in the boot and sometimes have to leave the car at the side of the road for some time in less than salubrious areas.  I had thought of an old towel covering them but I always think that's as much of an advert to a curious scum bag.

What do the rest of you do?

Thanks
Jonnym

Hi,

Same problem here but I have a dog, a bit non sequitur but then I thought if the dog seat hammock covers the boot area then it will look like I have two dogs.. You can get them from Argos or petstores for about £20.

I just leave it looking like its been sat on by the dog so all the stuff underneath isn't too obvious. Other wise its out with the jig saw and fibre board and sticky packed plastic (Oh those Blue Peter Days)

Hope this helps.

Dave

Cool

Thanks for the reply.  I will check out the dog  hammocks, I don't have a dog though!

I was thinking of adapting a roller from a different model car but sizing it right and getting the necessary fixings would take more time than I currently have.

Thanks Jon

Sorry about the late reply.  I did see the email telling me you had posted.

Good idea tinting the windows it also would make it look very mafia lol.  Might be good cheap option.

I think your brand new one might be too expensive for me right now, I need three new car batteries this week!

If you could measure the landy boot cover that would be handy if you get chance.

Thanks for all the suggestions

Jonnym
