body lift (bolt locations)

so ive done a 2 inch suspension lift (with spacers) and wound the front torsion bars up to match.
and now id like to do a 2 inch body lift.can anybody tell me ....

how many ..and where are the bolts located ??
also.am i right in thinking a 2 inch body lift can be done without changing anything else except the bumper brackets?

There are 10 on a swb and 12/14 on a lwb. Have a read of this

okay so there was some really helpful info on the suspension lift on that link.
but i cant seem to find the bolt locations for the body lift.unless im missing something?
