Hi can any body give me some advice on fitting injector sleeve's I'v just pulled them out and fitted new seal's, just wondering if you put them back dry or do you  oil or grease the seal to make it easier. also do you have to torque down the oil feed rail ?.

i lubricate with a smear of oil and knock them back in, remember to line up the holes with the holes in the head though
