hello

i have a 1995 isuzu bighorn 3.1dt on rear is fitted with a tow bar im wanting to remove rear bumper so i can install rear lights in bumper

someone has told me to undue bolts on the frame 17mm ish they said looking on rear im just little confused as with tow bar there are loads of bolts id post photo but unsure how to  also is there a workshop manual can be bought love any ones fead back thanks
