I have a isuzu bighorn I running on veg oil with two stroke oil and injector cleaner towing and going to Machynlleth I've worked out I've been getting 33 mpg is this OK

Did you get a tow most of the way. That's one of the best mpg's out of a 3.1. Especially if it is an auto.

towed it for 107 miles up and down hills speeds from 30 mph max of 60 to over take a tractor caravan weight 1800 kg twin axle

Coming home still got good mileage even tho went bit crazy by Ruthin went over the mountains up the single track Road massive hills even had to reverse down a 400 meter bit as a BMW wouldn't give way
She is a good old girl
M reg few good toys on board

She will be at the wirral flower and vegetable show this year as a eco side to my project

I get an average 12mpg out of my 3.1 Laughing

33mpg sounds like sensible car territory!

Depending on journey I get between 28 & 31mpg running on veg oil without towing. 1995 3.1 Bighorn.
12mpg would scream somethings wrong to me......

25mpg average on diesel.  best ever 27mpg. not towing.

I do a 1.5 mile commute 4 times a day in my truck, it never gets used for long trips Embarassed
