Will these come out with the injector or are they inside the sleeve? Expect I'll work it out when I get to it.

Thanks again.
All my injectors are 54's. The closest I can find at the mo is a 47 which I believe is the next grade down looking at other threads. Is that too far away to work without being reprogrammed? The only reason I ask is that I obviously have an ecu communication issue as 3 different people with 3 different scanners have nor been able to read anything so reprogramming will also be an issue! |

YES THAT WILL BE FINE
Not read all your post but if you are buying used injectors make sure the seller has heard them run
the only really good test for them is fire the engine up and run it
loads of people buy duff ones on the bay
once they are out the engine its impossible to test them, they might pass a click test then still smoke like mad
also the part numbers last 3 digits 963 do both the euro 2 and 3 engines
the other gone and forgot could be 612 is only good for the euro 3
if you doubt the injectors use the old copper seals to test them then refit with the new ones if they ok
cheers

Yes should be euro 3 other easy signs is if you have outside temp on your clock on dash and a cig light in the boot its euro 3
quite afew other bits are different on euro 3 intercooler, throttle body, injector loom, turbo, extra cat on exhaust etc etc
just a quick bit of info covering old ground to help you
the part no on the injector starts with 89
euro 2 injectors part number ends 963 can be used in both euro 2 and euro 3 engines
and now Isuzu only sell euro 2 ones
euro 3 injectors part number ends 612 can only be used in euro 3 engines
and Isuzu say cannot mix euro 2 and euro 3 injectors
the serial number starts 00 the cut off for the earlier leaking injectors was 00055???? or less
the higher the first two numbers after the zero the newer they are seen some 00097???? recently but probably loads higher now
and the bottom two digits the grade
cheers

your a bit behind mate, you can now use any injector in any engine regardless if it's 2 or 3 and the injectors have just been redone again so if you buy a new one it's got a totally different serial no. and the colour has changed on the top from that yellow to a green grey |

Thanks for your input guys. New injector in and the Trooper is back to purring rather than shaking.
Very grateful. |
