Hi all, I have quite a bad oil leak on my 2002 trooper 3,0 and after doing some research on this forum i'm suspecting the o-rings may have failed in the HPOP or pipes that go to it (or both), can anyone recommend a decent mechanic in Bolton to do the work who know these engine's, Cheers Gary

Firstly I would jet wash that side of the engine and then drive for a bit and see where the fresh oil leak is coming from. You may need a small mirror and torch to look behind things.

No problem. I am not an expert on the 3.0, but was involved in "The Great HPOP Family Fun Game" at the BB2015 this year. So I know my way around that area. I can have a look myself and see if I can help. That won't be until next week though. I am busy till then.
