I have been given a 15 ton pulling winch  only wanted for moving my 1.2 ton caravan and for other very light use sadly not going off roadin any more

Was thinking of mounting it under the front spot lights that are fitted to my bull bar
Would this work

I know that it's a small one but suitable for the needsame your input welcome

First thought that came to my mind is that is the 15 tonne winch 12 volt?
If it's 24 volt not sure what you're options are for getting enough juice to it.
As regards fitting, would have thought a winch tray bolted to the chassis would be the way forward.

Would have thought you will be fine. I guess for your purposes, you'll only be manouvering the caravan on solid ground and relatively flat surfaces. Again, with any winch, the nearer to the chassis you can mount the better it will be with taking downward leverage out of the equation.
Does the winch have to be a permanently fixed to your motor? Only asking as I've got a light weight boat winch that fits on the towing ball with crocodile clips on the battery to cater for the electrics.

It's on the well known site we all buy from 161147712220
I was given it only had to pay postage

With the bull bars I have I can mount it quite low

Just had a look at it and going by the pictures, it comes with a small mounting tray. If it was me, I would get a bracket made up that bolts where the bull bars are mounted that the tray could in turn be bolted to. Another option should your bull bar be the old school metal ones, get a cross member bar made up that again, the tray can be bolted to.
With the weight and the conditions that you'll be pulling wouldn't have thought you will have any issues.
As said in earlier posts, advice would be to mount as near to the chassis level that you can. It all goes back to school day science lessons with fulcrums and all that. Least leverage angles etc.
