Hi. Can anyone tell me if this is true. I want to take my trooper to Germany but the ITOC insurance company(Adrian Flux) only gives 60 days European cover. I want to leave my trooper in Germany a lot longer that that. Will I still have legal insurance over there if I go well over the 60 days???  I've done some Google research on it and found this

"You cannot have " no insurance" unless they specifically write to you cancelling it. You will always be insured , It is the law , they are required to cover you for the minimum road traffic acts , as a legal requirement.
All that will happen after the 90 days abroad is up is that , if memory serves me correctly, it will revert to third party, fire & theft; in the event of a claim."

Has anyone had this issue before and is what this guy says true??
I don't mind just having 3rd party insurance as long as I'm legal.......

Technically we wouldn't know the terms and conditions of your policy. I would phone them and confirm. Last thing you want is no cover in case of accident. Could land you in hot water with the local Police.
