Hi,

One of the complaints of the CVR testers [the 3.0L LWB Trooper failed] was that there was some rust on my rear brake-pipes. To me it seems entirely superficial - do I dare just clean up the pipe and repaint it? They're NOT the kind of parts regularly replaced - they're not even shown completely in the PDF manual for the TROOPER, so I would NOT be easily able to replace it if I wanted to!!

Help, Please!

I've done some major repairs, including replacing half-shaft, replacing fuel-injectors etc.
