Hi Guys

When servicing the shift on the fly as far as oil is concerned, is it just a case of simply topping the oil up or does it have to be drained and refilled with fresh oil.

If it does need draining where is the drain plug?

Thanks for your help

Clive

Sorry for telling you wrong must be the heat that plug is the filler plug the drain is on the front and it is the bottom left bolt as you look at the sotf unit of the four bolts that hold it on to the axle

Hello Grandad

Thanks for clearing that up, I've included a photo I assume the allen key job is the drain as ringed in red, does the shift on the fly need to have the oil changed along with all the rest ie front and rear axle etc.

Thanks again

Clive

No it's not
four bolts hold the sotf to the axle and the drain is the bottom left looking at it from the front
