no the click test is done with just ignition on,

it should start after a few secs of cranking what is the data reading for the engine speed, rail pressure, injectors enabled/disabled

pulled in to the yard turned it off, hasn't started since, july this year is 1 year

are the batteries charged as below about 180 rpm when cranking it won't fire, also the rpcv should show a higher % when cranking as should the oil pressure

Hi   EithanEithan,I,added more oil and got the rpm, the oil, the rail pressure all up to specks but the injectors still has disabled on the tech2, that's the only thing I can see,still no start.

I did not record them but they were all reading in the range mentioned, I will go back today and do another reading and r port back

Sorry it took so long to respond, the engine wasn't reaching 200 when cranking so I removed the starter and it is been repaired.

is it definatly timed up correctly? as if it's jumped a tooth then the ecu turns off the crank sensor so to speak so you get about 100 rpm then thats it

Never touch the engine or timing on the motor,  how do I check the timing?

the cam pulley is easy it's a notch at the 12 o clock position in line with an arrow on the rear timing casing, the crank is a *beep* to find it's the smallest of notches on the back edge of the pulley that has to line up with a line in the timing cover at the 12 o clock position. it is a really small notch and very easy to miss. if both of these mark line up then as you haven't had the flywheel off you can say the timing is correct
