the cam pulley is easy it's a notch at the 12 o clock position in line with an arrow on the rear timing casing, the crank is a *beep* to find it's the smallest of notches on the back edge of the pulley that has to line up with a line in the timing cover at the 12 o clock position. it is a really small notch and very easy to miss. if both of these mark line up then as you haven't had the flywheel off you can say the timing is correct

Thanks for the info Eithan, no matter what I have tried so far I can’t get the engine up above 100 rpm, could be something wrong with the cam and or the crank sensors, how can I check the wires or continuit?
