03 Trooper 3.0 4wd wont engage

Sad my 03 swb trooper has stopped working in 4wd, light flashes in the dash instead of continually staying on, not sure if their is any vacuum going to front hubs anyone any solutions?

actuators on the front axle are known for going wrong so check if the vacuum is moving from one pipe to the other at the selector, the wiring to the actuators breaks inside the insulation so give all 4 wires a tug and see if they snap,
