Hi
I have checked my battery as it was very slugish starting battery is ok  no volt drop but when i put the volt meter across it .its receiving no in put from the alternator . Is there a relay or is it going to be tbe alternator thats failed reason im asking the guy that supplys the alternator asked me as he heard that some isuzu,s have a relay. To me its just an alternator fail but dont want to waste time and money if its a relay
Thanks anyone if you can help
Steve

Thought it might be as i cannot see any charging relay .what threw was theres nothinh lite on the dash which from previous experiance in older vehicles the battery light would be on.
Thankyou

Took a gamble because i was at a loss the guys at the local dealership isuzu dealership were helpful so bought a new alternator and yep thats what the problem was , so having it bench tested at a place tbat repairs starter and alternators isnt all its made up to be charged me £20 too but thet you go live and learn.
