After 3 hrs searching i have found part numbers for the bits, there is ball bearing 9-00097-517-0 not sure on the size.  pin 8-94225-228-0 which is used on Honda's D =5.5mm L=20.7mm. I can make the pin up on my lathe, just not sure on bearing size. going to see if I can measure sleeve size. Think in looking 5mm or 6mm bearing.

Thanks for looking

Could I ask a one big favour? as you gear box is out and access is very limited, would you be able to tell me what size the recess is for the bearing and pin, i have a 6.0mm bearing just wondered if it will pop in. If the shaft is 5.5mm then in guessing it wont be much bigger.

Hi Ethan, I turned a bolt down to 6mm, no joy! so took it down to 5.5mm, that worked a treat, so 5.5mm bearing on order. No need to measure in hole now, thanks for your help! i will post back next weekend when i get a chance to fix it.
