Heater matrix replacement -3.1 TD LWB

Hi

I have a LWB Trooper 3.1TD, 200Kmiles. The entire cooling system needs replacing (just knackered and causing problems) and the heater matrix has packed up. I have been able to source all of the parts except the pipes leading from the engine to the heater matrix. One is cracked and the other will not survive the replacement. Does anyone know where I can get those pipes or will I have to have them manufactured ?

Thanks in advance for any help. I am new to this forum and am excited about the possibilities as I expect to be buried in my Trooper !
