I’ve taken out the carpet and insulation  and the floor is sparkling clean. The water first appears on/in the big grommet, and then on to the rest of the floor. I’m fairly certain that it’s the sunroof drain.  I’ve inserted a plastic rod down the drain, but after a meter or so it stops dead and seems to be making contact with steel. When I pour water down the drain, no water comes out, but when I use the airline,it comes out, but not a direct flow. When I pour water down the P/S drain it comes straight out.
Id like to put the rod up the drain, so I’d  be grateful if someone could tell me where it exits.

I'm now not so sure it's the S/R drain. Sat in the Trooper during a rain shower and could see the water running in from the A Post Seal.
