I do have room every couple of weeks for a good indian meal - something along the lines of a Chicken Tikka Jalfezi Smile But you just cant beat a good piece of beef (im no lamb fan - always tastes greasy to me)

Fry ups! almost the best hangover sure next to KFC or another beer Laughing

You can travel the world looking for the best food (and I'm lucky enough to have been to every continent - 17 different countries in all) but, you'll never eat anything, anywhere that's as good as one of my Mum's old fashioned roast lamb dinners.

I've travelled a fair bit too, had some weird and wonderful food, kangaroo, Ostrich, Zebra, various antelopes, fish-head curry etc etc. Often the best food is so dependant on how hungry you are, waht may at other times seem very average can be the food of the gods when you're famished. We had the most fantastic pork butchers where I live (sadly he retired and closd the shop) no fridges, just a stone lined cold room and his smoked back bacon was o die for, thick cut in a warburtons oven bottom muffin with mushrooms cooked in butter, bloody gorgeous!
