My 3.1td was losing coolant from the radiator. Took it to Andover Radiator Co who pressure tested it and found 2 holes in the core. They rebuilt it with a new core for £165 inc VAT with 1 year unlimited mileage guarantee. Took it in Tuesday, it was ready next day - excellent service.

PS - when refilling the cooling system, are there any bleeding valves on the engine block/head, or does the air find its own way out?
