Those of you who have read the thread in the ideas section will know about this, and will know that up until yesterday I wasn't able to go.
Well, I have had a change in circumstances, and now I am definitely going, and I have booked a club stand with Tom McGuigan.

So,,,,, all I need now is some of you lot to join in and help me represent the club and come and have a damn good time.
For those who aren't up to scratch, the link to the organisers website is

Japnjeep jam

There is a link on there to the booking form for camping.
I know it's very short notice, and I apologise for that, but I reckon we can still make something out of this  Very Happy .

List of people definitely going;

Afraid we won't be able to attend, 1, we've already plans for that weekend, and 2, the trooper is an MOTless, taxless lawn ornament...

Well, it seems everyone who was interested is either now unemployed or not able to make it for one reason or another, so it would seem pointless me going on my Jack Jones.

Plus the fact I'd rather save the money and use it to go to Buildwas.

OK. Due to lack of available members through one reason or another (I know times are hard, beleive me), and the fact my motor isn't up to the job at the moment, I've decided to let Tom McG know that ITOC will be unable to attend this year as a club.
I'm going to concentrate now on making sure the Trooper is ready for Buildwas.

A shame mate, but probably the best plan. We're all feeling the pinch a bit...  Rolling Eyes

Looking forward to Buildwas - hope the old lungs hold out until then..  (what's left of them anyway  Shocked )

Anyone for kippers?  Laughing

One final post as I am now off to the site to set up:–

Everything is on track for this coming weekend. The turnout is going to be high with plenty of campers already booked in (who can arrive from noon Friday by the way). And yes you can turn up and pay-on-the-day for camping or simply as a day visitor. Any problems phone 07958 216266.

Unfortunately I couldn’t get any off-road radio control clubs to attend as it’s the weekend of their National Championships, but instead a group known as the “Legal Street Monsters” will be there with their 1:1 scale airbrushed, jacked-up vehicles … in other words real life size mini monster trucks!

One final thing - thanks to the forum for allowing me to publicise Jap ‘n’ 4x4 Jam within this thread. If I can do the same for you at any of my events, you’re most welcome.
