What improvements have been made to the injectors being fit for the recall campaign in the UK?

I had the four injectors plus sleeves changed in the Spanish recall campaign. In total there are two O-Rings between the sleeve and the cilinder head, one O-Ring betwen the upper part of injector and sleeve and two O-Rings inside the injector. The three first O-Rings are very easy to change and it is recommended to do so using the opportunity of the valve clearance adjustment (that is, every 80.000 Km). As the injector is not reparable if any of the two O-Rings inside the injector fail (this is the cause of the injector recall) the injector must be changed. To avoid this problem these two O-Rings, in the new injectors, are supposed to be ceramic and, so, free of problems because of degradation.
Hope this helps
