my first reaction was it would be better put in the prayer box but as this is a serious Question i like many others on here have driven lots of miles .rotherham to bath to birmingham to manchester to dewsbury to home today, rotherham to lancaster to newcastle to home yesterday.i think its the driver more than the additive that makes a engine last and be trouble free. servicing on time lots of oil changes etc i have tipped them in from time to time but have not noticed any differance its just personal choice if you like em use em but there not for me.
