Having terrible problems trying to fit a brake master cylinder to a 2.8 mk 1 trooper. Pedal just goes straight to the floor. The system has been bled 3 times including the notorious load sensor valve. The system was pressurised twice overnight and found to be fine. All seems to point to master cylinder, only this is our second one from Milner (good reputation I believe) HELP. In despair!!

when its fitted put the pipes on leave them loose fill the reservoir let fluid trickle out of the pipes before tightening even aslow push on the pedal then tighten all the pipes and bleed as normal find this helps to get air out of the master cylinder
hope this helps you

Still no joy. Mechanic has bled the front 10 times and rear 15 as recommended. The brake pedal is still spongy and will gradually go down to the floor. The brakes work but inefficiently. Any clues gratefull received

Is the servo knackered? Is there a leak somewhere in the system?
