Front ones were sorted last year along with the front body crossmember, the ones in the rear have also been done, I tell you, the chassis is more patch than original metal. Maybe its time to try and find a decent rolling chassis and swap everything over.

Two pieces, one sits above the mount between it and the floor and the other sits below the mount, the two slot together through the hole in the mount and then the bolt goes all the way down from the inside.  This does mean that you need to fit the top rubber into the mount before you clamp it up and weld it to the chassis as afterwards it'd be very difficult to get it in. I actually bolted it up firmly before welding.

Hi, literally just joined you lot at itoc, I've got an old 88 MK1 SWB commercial and love it, it's only an infant though at 270000 miles, interested to read about your chassis repairs, I made a whole new rear end for mine last year( from just in front of rear hanger), it wasn't as bad a job as itintialy looked, bit of 4x2 box and some 75x90, bit of a fizzle with the plasma cutter and bobs your uncle!

Regarding bottles for mig,I use both the small bottles and the large pub bottle depending on the job
the regulator for the pub bottle I got from a mate who is a hospital porter, its an oxygen regulator
with built in oxygen flow meter attached, this is a glass column with a floating ball, and is adjustable so you have a view of gas flow while working.

I do hope no one is  in a hospital bed gasping for air Wink
