Had a problem with the brakes, renewed discs and pads, adjusted rear brakes, renewed alternator with vacum pump. Brakes were fine. Last week totaly lost the brake servo, checked output from pump, all OK. Checked the pipes were not leaking, all OK.
Where do I go next?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Pedal goes to the floor and feels hard, servo test carried out and pedal does not drop.

i gather your servo check was to pump the brake pedal until hard then start the engine, the brake pedal then should drop smothly until it sops again (not on the floor/bulkhead)
