We would like to invite all members to the ITOC Playday on saturday 20th January 2007

Briercliffe quarry is set in some of the most stunning countryside the north can offer, it has something for all tastes, from gentle tracks and hills to adrenalin pumping bomb holes and very steep slopes.

We have onsite catering at very reasonable prices
Full toilet facilities
And ample parking for trailers and vehicles.
off-road specials are welcome but no scrappers please.
Spectators will be able to watch from a safe distance but must arrive in a paying vehicle.
The cost is £20 per car for the whole day (9am till 4pm)
All proceeds after costs will be going to club funds to buy equipment for future events.

Had a good day there recently but wasn't going to bother travelling so far again but, as it's £10 cheaper than when 4x4Funday do it, I'm in.

Thanks for organising this, guys - that £10 saving helps quite a bit and if it helps the club to raise some funds that's sound.
By the way, to whom do I make the cheque payable.

Also, as well as the above map link here are some directions.

M65 junction 12 past B&Q Superstore. Right at roundabout towards Brierfield. First traffic lights turn LEFT (should be signposted HAGGATE although I missed the sign.) Travel up the hill past Nelson Golf Club which is on the right. RIGHT at the "T" junction. Into BRIERCLIFFE and straight across the cross roads. Then follow the trail of teeth from Marky's diff.
