As in the ones for children
Anyone recommend one for the trooper?
The one I have taken out of my mondeo works but not the best fit in the world due to the lenght of the seat belt buckle _________________ 3.0TD LWB Citation |

Best thing is to go to an out of town mothercare or one of those, and they will fit one to the car.
I have a mk1 with long strap on the female connector, so had to be careful witch one to get, as you need one with enough hight so as the buckle lays flat on the side of the seat, not bent over something that could smash it in a crash.
What age is your kid/kids? |

Mothercare dont list one on pc to fit Trooper, and young lad at halfords had only just come out of car seats himself, so i didnt find them much help. BUT, we have a company over here called In Car Safety and i took trooper to her and she found a seat that goes in fine.,( and she fitted it for me). It's a Britax, First Class si. It has an alternative belt routing so can take the extra length of seatbelt behind it without suffering from buckle crunch.
Be warned though, it weren't cheap. £130. But compared to your childs safety thats nothing. _________________ If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem. |
