Hello,

I have a few mates that have a 2.6 trooper mk1 lwb and the clutch system has gone.

Its like there is air in the system all the time so we replaced the seals on the slave cylinder and its still the same apart from there is no fluid leaking from the slave now.

My mate thought that it might be air getting into the pipes somehow but no fluid is leaking out so it that possible?.

and is it possible for the bleed nipples to leak air?

the clutch system is quite high pressure so if it was pulling in air it should be leaking fluid. if you have changed the slave cylinder only thing left can be the master cylinder

remove the pipe that goes to the slave cylinder and press the pedal(best done into a old pop bottle), if there is little or no pressure master cylinder shot it.
