diff breathers????

hi all
ive spent alot of time under the troop this week and i was having a nose about as you do! and noticed there was a pipe going from the diff housing right upto the under body at the back axle, is this original or has someone been there and sorted the breathers out all ready? cheers guys  Very Happy

That sounds like a description of what mine looks like (was nosing around underneath yesterday, looking at fuel pipes).
Thats the breather for the back axle, and i would say is original. you want to make sure it aint blocked.
