You can delete your own posts, just not other peoples. (Unless you're a mod of course) _________________

Depends which section of the forum you're in. In some you can't edit or delete. This one, for example, offers the edit function but no delete. _________________ 1994 BIGHORN 3.1TD LOTUS

I can't edit or delete. There used to be an edit function but it seems to have disappeared.
Edit functions should be time limited anyway, stops people going back and changing posts to suit the climate. causes all sorts of problems if there is a permanent edit function in place...
Ha ha ha ha!
That's funny, I've now got an edit button!!!
So I edited... And again... This is really cool... 8)
But no delete..... _________________ 1999 Cougar with a NICE motor..

Its true, i think you can edit in small talk etc but not the technical forums, as hard1 says it can cause a real mess.
You would get answers to questions that havnt been posted _________________ |
