Paul,
Hi my mate and I went to this venue last year with high hopes and all we found were Land Rovers.
We had a good look around which took all of a couple of hours and then headed home again, a bit disapointed.
We had hope to bump into some Isuzu and Diahatsu owners.
If I'd have known I'd get a free cuppa tea, I would have come along again this year.
Cheers Martin

I think you will find that the show is on 10th/11th July Confused Is this just a typo or are you going on the wrong weekend? Embarassed
I hope to come out on Sunday 11th, so I will stop by and say hello. Make a change to see a non LR stand.
Good luck for the show. Smile

Hi there, well I enjoyed the show but was a bit dissapointed that if you didn't want to spend a whole lot of wonga on some shiney new 4x4 then there was not too much for you. I got myself some cheap tools just for the car/breakdown purposes and some new seat covers. And yes I did put the old Trooper on the twist off ramp to test axle articulation. You may laugh but I did not disgrace myself Embarassed even though the guy said slowly now don't want any accidents. Laughing I reckon I could have cleared the ramp with enough run up. Beware low flying Troopers Evil or Very Mad Anyway even though the invite was out for any of you to come and join me at the TV 4x4 stand to drink tea/coffee/beer nobody came. Do I use the wrong after-shave? Confused Some body did however stick a piece of paper with www.itocuk.co.uk hand written under the wiper blade when it was parked at the top of the field under a tree in the shade. Who was it?

Crying or Very sad Thats a shame , it was only a small show but still a day out!
Maybe if a few of us helped out the itocuk could hold a modest gathering and maybe hire a site for a bit of offroading ! I am sure the more active members would be happy to chip in for this ?

Anyone up for it?

We could get a stand at this year's 4x4 Show at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire in late September?

I've only joined today. If I have a Trooper (and maybe even if I don't) by the time of the 4x4 show at Stoneleigh, I'd be pleased to be involved. It isn't very far from me at all - I used to work just down the road at the Sewage Works - nice!

Well, actually I looked after IT but it still got a bit wiffy every now and then!
