Yeah it was a pleasure to meet Peej. Hard1 was there too  Laughing

Peej - does indeed have a vehicle far too pretty for its own good - well in Isuzu terms anyway.
Hard1 has the biggest gayest wind deflectors ever seen in a civilised country - I suspect after the ribbing I gave him - he'll be out with the hammer to rip them off tomorrow - or maybe he is doing it now  Twisted Evil

It felt spookily like "From Dusk till Dawn" when the sun went down..... oooer Crying or Very sad

Good laff, well worth going, anyone who didn't get there ya boo!

It's worth mentioning that Chris had spent the day destroying Renaults in Beaulieu so Big Ups to him his lady wife and the girls who were patient and polite enough to put up with us ranting and raving about, er, stuff.

And what's more, they didn't get grumpy!

So, we had a shiny Monterey, a polished Irmscher an immaculate Bighorn and a disgracefully still muddy Bighorn...

Now, have a look at this....

Tell me what you think you're seeing here.....  Very Happy

Huh, and I have just ripped (ooops sorry carefully removed) my pair off and I wanted to sell them .... I think you may have just destroyed the market for big wind deflectors!

Catch up with you next time, I hope.

I recon its a mobile Landrover service centre.  After all if one breaksdown it wont go any where and needs a good reliable Troop to go and get it  Very Happy  Twisted Evil

But I cannot see too many oily rags, or is that what the loo roll is for?

That is without doubt the very funniest thing I've ever seen on a 4X4!!

Laughing  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

But er, nope....

There's nothing really going on here except an exceptionally neat job from the very talented Mr Moglite who we met up with last night. This was all constructed by his own hands and provides the ultimate in cruising facilities - big fridge, storage lockers and the contraption on the left is a folding stove holder.

Brilliant.

I remember that there was quite a long thread from members who were trying to achieve this kind of storage in the backs of their Troopers for tools etc, and this is one of the best examples Id seen so I posted it as an inspiration to others..

Still not sure why the toilet roll, but I'm sure he'll come on and tell us when he gets back from his trip today.... Smile

Loo roll is the one thing you can't improvise  Shocked

I'll post up a thread in the modifications forum over the next few days - more people will see it there.

Brasso - where is my brasso ? ...............

Nice one Andy.....

(You closet shiny you...... toothy3 )

You also want to start a thread about your Mog mate. I think a lot of people on here would be interested....

It just needs a Trooper bit on it somewhere. Maybe the "gay wind deflectors" could find a new home?  bootyshake

I've started a thread in the modifications section, on how I built the storage in the back.

Enjoy
