Right guys n gals

Saturday evening we will be having the club BBQ, and Rabbit has agreed to buy in all the food for it on our behalfs. Mark has the BBQ itself (  Shocked  ), and I will bring some charcoal and wood for it.
Obviously we don't expect Rabbit ( or anyone else ) to end up out of pocket, so we will be asking people for a contribution towards the cost of the food on the day. (don't know prices yet, we'll work it all out after a few beers  Laughing ).
As for booze, bring what you can, the more the better  8) . I reckon I'll be taking a case of Beer, and maybe a bottle of Vodka. There will be a small fridge for us to use, and a home made beer cooler.

I'll be getting there sometime Friday afternoon to help Mark, Peter and Jason set up the club stand, and find a nice quiet camping spot in the curfew area......  Twisted Evil  .

...... as if  Laughing .

So, the who's bringing what list looks like this ;
Markymoan
BBQ
Generator
Lighting
Fridge
Gazebo

Me
Club Banners ( ITOC and POCUK )
Wood / Charcoal
Portable fire ( a Mk1 Trooper wheel  Razz )
Beer cooler
ITOC flags ( if I can get some made up in time, if not then Isuzu flags )
Club Diamonds for all.

Rabbit
Telescopic flagpole
Large Isuzu flag
Food for BBQ

Gazziz ( POCUK )
Flagpoles
POCUK flags

If anyone thinks of anything else, or is taking anything that could come in handy, please PM me, and I'll add it onto this list. In particular ramps to put the motors up on the display. Show these speed freaks what real suspension can do  Laughing .

I have ramps but they are only 12" high, you could cross axle or stick planks under for the extra 2"
