|
|
Just a quick question can anyone recommend a good dog guard to fit a Trooper (LWB) must be Springer Spaniel proof
only a pup at the mo and hopefuly when fully trained will stay put when told but just in case ...... I dont want a filthy stinking dog in the front chewing things after a days beating. _________________ 3.1 Duty - horse trailer puller & fun in the mud |

Just a tip here, I bought a car type one from Halfords...RAC guard, it has those pull and twist legs, I ditched those and put some long threaded bar and a couple of nuts to tighten it in place, works like a good un and does`nt fall over when you drive. If the rough thread on the bar is exposed, cable tie some pipe lagging over it, looks pretty good. |

Bighorn
just the job pipe lagging cant see the dog chewing that ... much
but might give a try, as you say the normal legs on these things just collapse as soon at any pressure is applied
Dellboy
I might be interested might have to find out courier/postage costs
if its the right one
cheers chaps _________________ 3.1 Duty - horse trailer puller & fun in the mud |

You can get crates for your Trooper boot - not cheap but very good. _________________ 3.0TD LWB Citation |
