|
|
Hi there,
quick question re Alloys - are the wheel fittings compatible across the model and MY changes - example 95MY wheels onto 2000MY.
I noticed the earlier troopers do not have the plastic wheel arch extensions so ar ethe wheels and bolt patterns different.
I would like to get some alloys fo rmy 2000MY 3.0d as the steels have had it. They bring down what would be a beautiful looking car:) |

Yes they fit all from the mk2 onwards i believe.. the mk1 rims were 15inch. My alloys came from chris's 30.td so i know they are interchangable... |

Also alloys from a Vauxhall Frontera will also fit. Shogun and Hilux alloys should also fit, but the offset is slightly differnet. |

Any alloys with a PCD of 139mm and 6 M12 x 1.25mm holes should fit. From memory i think the hub diameter is 110mm. _________________ Isuzu Trooper SWB 3.0DT Commercial |

The different offsets can be used to your advantage too. I have rims with 0 offset and the 265 tyres are covered by the wheel trims, just!
Looks much better, in my opinion and is now just wide enough to fit down an onion bed! _________________ Isuzu Trooper SWB 3.0DT Commercial |

Hi i have a mk1 2.6 LWB and have fitted the 16" 5 spoke from the later trooper with 265x70x16 tyres on the only thing i had to do was wind the steering stops out 5mm so the tyres dont rub so think you can get away with most size wheels and tyres. |
