Went out with the Paj boys and girls again. Matski was there too.

...and a taster, the only wet patch, on an otherwise 'rocky' day out.

Without wishing to be a killjoy, what is the advice about driving wet lanes, as in to avoid damage to the lane? I've no problems anybody enjoying themselves, just don't want to give the anti's any ammunition.

The day was restructured due to the weather. The muddy lanes were missed out. The lane in the pic was rocky with a very short wet section.

Do we have to do this every time Rolling Eyes

Didn't realise we did, and it was a civil question. There are plenty out there that would cause problems, not necessarily in this instance, as I was unaware of how bad is bad, I asked for clarification.

Peej

I think Mat was getting on about that fact that we know what we are supposed to do re damaging lanes and trust us not to do it Smile

Keith - Looks like a cracking day out

Yeah ok, I apologise. I came over a bit strong there. But it does get on my wick when you know you are going to get comments even when you play by the rules.

I think it was a very valid question, and maybe a comment on the first post about changing the route to avoid damage to the lanes?
We all know that we play by the rules but there are people that want to lock us out, so we have to be very carefull how we post things  Rolling Eyes

Btw chaps, i hope you had a great day Very Happy

It was all rocky stuff, that pic was the only wet/muddy patch of the whole day. It was only about 50 yards long, and at the end of a particular lane (the name of which escapes me.

Dylan - It was a pocuk event, i just happened upon the thread while i was over there, as i believe Mat did as well. if you're not already, get yourself registered over there and keep an eye out, they regularly go out on this sort of thing.

We're hopefully. when the weather improves gonna sort out an itoc derbyshire lanes day  Very Happy
