Damn it!  Having just changes my shocks I now see these are available, which would have helped no end.  Shock mounting adaptors
Wonder if i could put a sleve inside the poly bush to take up the slack?  Looks like it would give the shock about an inch more length.  Could probably go with 2" spacers then.  
Looks like the credit card could be about to take a hammering!

I put Pro comps on the back of mine, having been told they wouldn't fit, simply by going to B&Q and getting a length of pipe, and cutting it down to fit in between the bolt and the bushes.

when i had the pro comps on the back of mine, the bushes were in the box, bit tight goin on but sum copper grease an a big hammer they went on a treat, yet when i took them off they near enough fell off
