well i got my trooper back today from the dealers,they say it wont start due to a pin hole in the feed pipe in the tank.they want £600 +vat to supply and fit a new one.they carnt get one for 2 weeks due to a back log of fuel tanks.tried milners £170+vat but not in stock for 2 weeks had a temp repair to block hole in feed pipe £183 labour charge no parts.they say its a common fault for the fuel tanks and pipes to rot away on a 3.0 1999 citation.so i risk this temp repair for 2 weeks or park her up and use ankle power for 2 weeksam trying to get it to cotswold at the moment for a second opion.thanks guys for all your advice.and a big thanks to chris and ethian who have took the time and trouble to get back to me via pm.
